New Broker Process
In order to be approved to write business through JSA, you will need to:
- complete and sign the JSA Producer Agreement
- complete and sign the Agency Info Form
- carry E&O with minimum limits of $1,000,000
- be properly licensed in your state
- W-9
A broker number will be assigned to your agency once the completed documents and E&O have been submitted, reviewed and approved. Please note, JSA does not appoint brokers.
