Michelle started in the insurance industry on the agency side in 1998. She joined JSA in 2002 and supported the underwriting team by issuing certificates, endorsements, and policies. In 2005 Michelle was promoted to Personal Lines Underwriter and to Personal Lines Manager in 2020.
