Please watch this video for at least 2 minutes to make sure your bandwidth is adequate to view and hear the upcoming CE course for which you’ve registered.
If you have adequate bandwidth, there should be no freezing of the video. If you do experience freezing of the picture, try refreshing the page first. If you’re still having problems, go to the little gear symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of the video window. Reduce the viewing resolution from “Auto” to “540p.” The qualtiy will be reduced, but it’s not as taxing on the bandwidth.
If you have a choice to use a wif-fi or a wired connection for your internet, choose the wired connection.
