Mimi’s Mom’s Fudge

Ingredients

  • Wax paper (lay out ahead of time)
  • 4 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1 Can Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 13 oz Marshmallow Cream
  • 3 Packages small semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 4 cups of Pecans (chopped)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan add the sugar, carnation milk, butter, and salt.
  2. Stir constantly on medium heat until it comes to a soft boil.
  3. Let boil for about 3 to 4 minutes, continuing to stir.
  4. Add the marshmallow cream and mix in.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and mix in until it melts.
  6. Add the pecans.
  7. Take off the burner and drop tablespoon-sized amounts onto wax paper.
